Coaching

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD for years or just starting your journey, your ADHD doesn't have to feel like a burden.

Areas Where ADHD Impacts Your Life

Goals

You aim for big things but the inability to begin, plan and organize keeps you from moving forward.

Relationships

Having deep and meaningful connections are difficult because you forget important details, struggle to slow down enough to listen, and distractions seem unavoidable.

Career

Imposter syndrome is real! Due to the unseen struggles of ADHD, you don’t feel you belong and someone will find you out.

Academic

You struggled in school or perhaps you did well. However, it didn’t come with it’s own challenges or need for structure to keep you accountable.

Self

You’re a perfectionist or people-pleaser. Your emotions sometimes get the better of you. Your self-esteem isn’t where you want it to be.

FAQS

I can help you through your ADHD journey.

But what does working with me look like? I work with you to provide counseling services to help you find balance and to normalize your experience. I worked several years at an ADHD center and have extensive knowledge in the world of ADHD. In our work together, you will learn strategies to help manage your ADHD symptoms through executive function coaching. In addition to relational and evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, we will explore potential hurdles that keep you from attaining your goals and deepen your knowledge about your ADHD brain.

Along with providing counseling services, I work with outside services to diagnose, provide medication management and specialized executive functioning coaching.
